Three years ago today, at 5 A.M. a good man passed on. This man was my uncle, but more importantly, he was a father figure. If he knew it or not in those last two years, he taught me something. He taught me to keep fighting until you can't fight anymore. And in this sense, he is my hero. Life will never be the same without my dear Uncle, but its like a friend of mine said, I can keep him alive in my memories; the good ones. In the two years he spent fighting, he still had a smile, a smile I miss. But of course, it's as my favorite quote says "It's not good bye, just good night."

So, good night Uncle Charlie. May we meet again.
